Ovum Ranks Redknee as Top BSS Vendor
TORONTO – September 22, 2014 Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of real-time monetization and subscriber management software, is pleased to announce that it has been highlighted as the leading BSS vendor in Ovum’s ‘OSS/BSS Market overview and vendor landscape 2Q13-1Q14’ report. The report includes a comparison of the number of contracts awarded by quarter, and an assessment of the top 10 OSS and BSS vendors by contracts awarded.
In the report, Ovum highlights that demand for revenue management products, particularly integrated policy control and online charging platforms, has put Redknee at the top of the list for new contracts awarded during the period covered1. During this time, Redknee’s market-leading real-time converged billing, charging, customer care and policy management solutions had the most contract wins of any provider, beating out even the large infrastructure vendors by a wide margin.
