Redknee Equips EMEA Operator to Accelerate 3G Adoption

TORONTO – September 4, 2013 Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers (CSPs), is pleased to announce that a leading EMEA operator and an acquired customer has signed a multi-million dollar contract to expand its software license for Redknee’s converged billing and charging solution. The deal, which includes Redknee’s professional services, highlights the value Redknee’s solutions are providing to Tier 1 operators and CSPs to enhance the experience of their customers, generate profitability and support their growth strategies.

To maintain its market-leading position and support its customer base of more than 17 million subscribers, the operator required a solution that would allow it to quickly deliver and monetize differentiated services to its customers. With the license increase for Redknee’s real-time converged billing and charging solution and the support of Redknee’s professional services organization the operator is able to provide a range of innovative and flexible 3G value-added services, pricing and tariff models for prepaid, postpaid and hybrid accounts and deliver personalized services faster to the market.
