Redknee Signs Multiple Agreements with EMEA Group Operator

TORONTO – July 3, 2013 Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announce that it has signed multiple agreements with a leading group operator in EMEA. The multi-million dollar license and services agreements with the acquired customer will see Redknee enable the group operator to provide innovative products and services to customers across its subsidiaries and support its future growth strategy.

 

In response to the rising competition in the region, penetration of new smart devices, the uptake of social media and 3G/4G mobile Value Added Services, the group operator has increased its investment in Redknee’s highly flexible and scalable converged billing, charging and customer care solution. Redknee’s end-to-end real-time solution supports mobile network operators (MNOs), mobile virtual network operators/enablers (MVNO/Es) and other communications service providers (CSPs) across the world to deliver an advanced customer experience, increase revenues and improve profitability.
