Redknee Supports APAC 3G Operator Growth Strategy with Capacity Expansion

This deal, which includes professional services, signifies the value Redknee provides to Tier 1 operators and CSPs in support of their aggressive data growth strategies.
In order to support its customer base of more than 25 million subscribers, the service provider required a flexible next generation convergent charging, rating and billing system that would enable it to deliver and monetize differentiated services to its customers. With the license capacity increase and support of Redknee’s professional services organization, the service provider can continue to expand its 3G network coverage and provide flexible value-added services (VAS), tariff models and personalized offerings to enhance the customer experience and increase its subscriber base.
