APAC Operator Increases Investment in Redknee to Support LTE Launch
TORONTO – June 20, 2013 Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announce that an existing APAC customer has increased its investment in Redknee’s real-time billing and customer care solution in order to support the launch of its LTE services. The increase will enable the service provider to deliver new innovative data services faster to the market and advance the customer experience. Utilizing Redknee’s TCB solution, the APAC service provider will now also be able to offer its LTE subscribers with real-time promotions, enhanced customer care and hybrid payment options such as family or group account plans. The increased investment highlights Redknee’s commitment to support its communications service provider customers with flexible and scalable monetization and subscriber management solutions to support their growth strategies.
In response to its growing mobile and broadband market, the service provider has increased its investment in Redknee’s next generation convergent charging, rating and billing solution with integrated policy controls to support its customers’ data usage and launch 4G/LTE services. The launch will enable the service provider to monetize innovative data services and deliver targeted promotions, bundles and incentives to subscribers from the real-time, convergent billing and customer care solution.
