New Deal Signifies Redknee’s Successful Growth Strategy in Eastern Europe
TORONTO – February 10, 2011 – Redknee (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announced that it has secured a new transformation deal that will see its Turnkey Converged Billing solution replace the legacy billing solution at a leading mobile operator, based in the Eastern European region. The multi-million dollar transformation and professional services deal will enable the operator to achieve the benefits of an end-to-end fully converged BSS platform, including real-time billing, advanced CRM, interconnect, self-care and VAS systems, as it looks to drive subscriber acquisition, increase revenues and improve profitability in its increasingly competitive market. This latest customer win is a result of Redknee’s successful expansion strategy in Eastern Europe.
