Redknee Renews Contract with APAC Operator

November 26, 2013 A carrier in the Asia-Pacific region has renewed its contract for Redknee Solutions' customer care solution to support its 30 million mobile subscribers. The renewal will allow the unnamed service provider to deliver value-added services to its customers, Redknee said.

Redknee's real-time converged billing and customer care system is designed to help CSPs improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and launch a wide range of advanced mobile services faster to the market.

"This contract renewal from an existing customer and associated group operator demonstrates the strong capabilities of Redknee's software to support our existing customers' business. We have seen momentum in customers' demand for our software products, software upgrades and expansions, and for our support," said Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO at Redknee.

Redknee, which a year ago bought Nokia's BSS business, says its software allows CSPs to monetize and optimize the subscriber experience across the entire customer life cycle.
