Redknee wins EcoMobile converged billing deal

June 2, 2015 EcoMobile, an MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) that operates on the Sprint network, has chosen a fully managed, software-as-a-service, cloud-based converged billing system from Redknee.

Redknee’s end-to-end, converged billing and customer care solution addresses real-time unified billing, rating and charging for the operator’s data, voice and messaging services. In addition, the Redknee CRM (built on Microsoft Dynamics platform) capabilities provide retail channel and sales enablement tools through its next generation dealer portal and innovative self-care solutions. By leveraging Redknee’s fully managed solution, with 24×7 support, EcoMobile, a US-based MVNO on the Sprint 3G/4G LTE networks, will be able to focus all of its efforts on sales and marketing activities, resulting in the faster acquisition of new subscribers. Redknee will also host and manage the full infrastructure stack supporting the billing and customer care solution, thereby reducing the service provider’s capital and operational expenditure.
