Redknee’s Skoczkowski is ‘awesome’ – and so are some of his points!

Redknee CEO, Lucas Skoczkowski, strongly believes for communications service providers (CSPs) that want to be digital service providers (DSPs) it’s all about how they engage and treat their subscribers. This includes making it easier for them to interact with CSPs.
CSPs want to be and probably should be more like Uber and it will involve a technology as well as a mindset change. Among the great points, Skoczkowski believes that CSPs should be thinking about rolling out applications to interact with their customers. They need to think about platforms and not service delivery networks. The problem of course, is whether they can change fast enough. Skoczkowski believes they can, but not without pain. Although, pain brings disruption and disruption brings innovation – in many ways.
