Redknee Renews Contract with APAC Mobile Operator

February 3, 2014 An APAC mobile operator has renewed its support contract with Redknee Solutions.

Redknee says the renewed agreement, worth $4 million, with an acquired customer will accelerate the mobile operator’s ability to increase its competitive position and deliver value-added services quickly to the market.

Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution is enabling the mobile operator to enhance the customer experience for more than 10 million mobile subscribersm with a range of services. Those include personalized offers, advanced price plans and tariffs, real-time notifications and customer self-care, the company said.

With the solution, operators are able to monetize and optimize the subscriber experience across the entire customer life cycle, from activation to customer care, ensuring that they can provide the best customer experience while driving profitability, Redknee said.

Redknee inherited many of its customers when it bought Nokia's BSS unit more than a year ago.
